How I came to be here
I decided to go in to massage therapy on a whim, but soon realized it was a calling and an unexpected blessing. Due to a series of accidents, I ended up suffering with chronic pain. Had it not been for my chosen career, I honestly don't know how I would have made it through life. As it was, it still took several years to piece together the keys to overcoming the debilitating pain I struggled with on a daily basis. I now freely share what I've learned so that others don't have to needlessly suffer as I did.

Passion Rooted in Experience
My passion for the area of Advanced Therapeutic/Sports/Clinical/Injury Rehabilitation Massage Therapy stems from my own experience with injury and chronic pain. This personal journey ignited a lifelong commitment to understanding the physiology of pain and the dysfunctional patterns it creates in the body.
With over two decades of hands-on experience, I use my deep understanding of pain science to apply a wide range of manual therapy techniques in a targeted and effective way.
The result:
Lasting Relief & Improved Function for most of my clients. Unfortunately, I have run across the occasional condition where my skills weren't enough. But even most cases that require surgery and that have more complicated co-existing factors, I have still been able to bring about some level of relief and improved quality of life.
I tend to approach each individual with a heightened sense of compassion, recognizing that pain affects not just the body, but a person's entire sense of well-being. My care is both clinical and deeply human, offering not just treatment - but hope!
I offer more than just clinical expertise -
I provide genuine support and hope. Now free from chronic pain myself, I share my personal journey to recovery, inspiring and guiding others along the way. While I do acknowledge that some conditions may not allow for a completely pain - free life, I have helped many people achieve a more functional and comfortable lifestyle.
Unique treatment style.
My clients often say my work is unlike anything they've experienced - and highly effective. My unique style has been shaped by real - world collaboration with other medical professionals in the pain management field, giving me deeper insight into chronic and complex pain.
I've worked closely with:
Real Experience. Real Results.

Military Personnel
I had a successful practice outside of Gate 6 where I worked with many soldiers who appreciated my expertise in helping to alleviate their pain while also gaining insight on how to counteract the stresses the military put on their bodies. I left in Jan. 2017 to enjoy several years in Alaska and am now back and looking forward to working once again with those in the military!
